About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated and entrepreneurial product management professional to drive initiatives across the traveler journey from registration to post-booking and everything in between. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, data-driven, and passionate about working on cross-functional experiences from product discovery to impact. This is a unique opportunity to shape how travelers engage with Almosafer before, beyond, and after their bookings.
Responsibilities
- Product Discovery: Identify and prioritize opportunities by analyzing customer journeys, platform data, user research, competitive landscape, and UX insights.
- Product Delivery: Collaborate with design, engineering and data teams to deliver features across web, mobile, and native apps, ensuring a consistent and seamless user experience.
- Scrum Methodology Implementation: Drive team performance using scrum practices, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Cross-Product Enablement: Coordinate with other product teams to support their initiatives within the broader customer journey.
- Experimentation & Optimization: Design, run, and analyze A/B tests to improve user experience and product performance continuously.
- Data Ownership & Insights: Ensure tracking and translate data into actionable insights and measurable objectives.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Communicate clearly with business, product verticals, engineering, design, and operations teams to align on roadmap priorities, metrics, and experiment outcomes.
Profile Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a product role, preferably in a consumer facing product.
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex ideas and collaborate effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills, leveraging quantitative and qualitative data to drive decisions and measure impact.
- Growth Mindset & Curiosity: Proactively seeks learning and embraces challenges, staying curious about customers and technology.
- Customer-Centric Problem Solving: Empathetic and analytical, balancing user value and business impact.
- User Story Writing: Skilled at crafting clear, actionable user stories to align teams.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Comfortable using data to validate hypotheses and measure success; experience with SQL, GA, or Amplitude is a plus.
- Able to engage in technical discussions about product architecture and APIs.
Good to have :
- Technical background in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related quantitative discipline.
- Hands-on experience with SQL, Google Analytics, Amplitude, or similar tools.
- Arabic language proficiency
