About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Manager to join the team in Inside Burj Al Arab. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

  • Oversee and monitor all point of sales activities in the store which includes - sales transactions, tracking customer orders and payments, registering sale and maintaining inventory updates, providing service, handling returns and refunds, gathering consumer data for feedback
  • Lead and manage the retail store’s day-to-day operations, ensuring optimal functioning and visual appeal.
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets while ensuring customers satisfaction.
  • Train and mentor the sales team by fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork and high performance.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of product offerings and ensure the team is well-versed in product features and benefits.
  • Identify and develop talents through setting development plans, coaching and in-store training and enroll staff on relevant Learning and Development courses.


About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • 3 - 5 years of retail experience with demonstrated ability to train employees and be an effective salesperson.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
