Skills & Competencies
- Support the Associate Director of Security in achieving departmental goals.
- Supervise day-to-day operations, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with company and legal standards.
- Manage team discipline, performance appraisals, and HSE responsibilities.
- Conduct random site inspections (day/night) to ensure performance and compliance.
- Motivate, discipline, and communicate regularly with team members.
- Investigate incidents and report to SIRA/ASSD.
- Manage administrative duties—leave planning, appraisals, and reporting.
- Coordinate with Accounts for payment follow-up and collections.
- Handle client communication and complaints within 24 hours.
- Oversee vehicle and property use by staff.
- Coordinate SIRA/PSBD licensing and training.
- Manage deployment, relievers, and replacements.
- Conduct customer meetings, ensure KPIs and satisfaction.
- Oversee HSE compliance, report incidents within 12 hours.
- Ensure site resources (water, shade, toilets) and accommodation standards.
- Operations Management
- Plan monthly schedules, appraisals, and supervisor visits.
- Conduct audits, site surveys, and risk assessments.
- Ensure continuous improvement in deployment and staff welfare.
- Customer Management
- Schedule regular meetings and ensure zero absenteeism and high satisfaction.
- Seek opportunities for organic growth.
- Administration
- Standardize and deliver monthly reports.
- Oversee invoice documentation and submission.
- Training
- Ensure compliance with SIRA licensing.
- Manage in-house, on-site, and digital training (via Farnek Buddy).

- Summarize activities, challenges, and achievements monthly.
