Assistant Vice President – Client Executive
What You Can Expect:
Strategic Leadership
Conduct thorough GAP analyses on client accounts to identify growth opportunities
Build and maintain strong C-suite relationships to support client retention and revenue growth
Help define and guide the strategic direction of client relationships
Stay well-informed about client industries, market trends, and competitive landscapes
Enhance client perception of Marsh’s value through innovative risk advisory solutions
Protect client accounts from competitor penetration
Collaborate on thought leadership initiatives and contribute to new product development
Operational Excellence
Manage a portfolio of corporate clients across various industries
Assist in designing and implementing customized risk management and insurance programs
Address client service and relationship issues promptly
Support renewal strategies and service delivery plans
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Coordinate with risk consulting, Mercer Marsh Benefits, and other service teams
Maintain accurate sales records and oversee administrative processes
Financial Performance
Support client retention efforts to achieve high retention rates
Contribute to meeting new business revenue targets
Help drive revenue growth through cross-selling and deepening client engagement
Assist in reporting budget and forecasts in line with corporate policies

Your Key Responsibilities:

What You Need to Have:
University degree
5 years of insurance experience, preferably within a multinational organization
Proven knowledge of large corporate general lines insurance
Experience in the UAE market is a plus
Arabic language proficiency is a must
