What are my responsibilities?

• Assist in the preparation, compilation, and distribution of various documents and reports.
• Support and coordinate with project team members to track and close open points from monthly meetings.
• Provide administrative and office support to the project management team as required.
• Work with ERP systems and other reporting tools, ensuring accurate data entry and compliance with company guidelines.
• Maintain and monitor leave records, following up with relevant colleagues to resolve any discrepancies.
  
  

What do I need to qualify for the role?

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 months’ internship or industrial training in a similar administrative or coordination role.
• Proficient in data analysis with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
