Our Client, is a leading interior design firm in Dubai specializing in creating exceptional hospitality spaces has an urgent requiremet for an Associate Level Interior Designer. With a focus on innovation, luxury, and cultural sensitivity, we have successfully delivered numerous high-profile projects across the Middle East.
Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Interior Designer with a minimum of 10 years (up to 15 years max) experience in concept design for hospitality projects to join a dynamic team in the Middle East. The ideal candidate will be passionate about design, have a strong understanding of the hospitality industry, and be able to translate creative concepts into stunning, functional spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of interior design concepts for luxury hospitality projects, including hotels, resorts, and restaurants.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design elements.
- Conduct site visits and feasibility studies to assess project requirements and constraints.
- Prepare detailed design drawings, specifications, and material selections.
- Oversee the implementation of design concepts from start to finish, including construction, procurement, and installation.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging design technologies.
- Mentor and guide junior design team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in interior design for hospitality projects.
- Middle East experience
- Proven track record of successful concept design and project delivery.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional design skills and creativity.
- In-depth knowledge of interior design principles, materials, and construction methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant design software.
- Experience working in the Middle East is a plus.
