What You'll Be Doing
The Order Management Associate is responsible for the accurate and timely in-system execution of upstream and downstream orders, ensuring high-quality customer service for vendors, retail, e-commerce, and B2B accounts. This role supports the operational execution of orders, data management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to maintain seamless workflows and process accuracy.
Create and complete purchase orders for vendors in alignment with business requirements.

What You'll Be Doing
The Order Management Associate is responsible for the accurate and timely in-system execution of upstream and downstream orders, ensuring high-quality customer service for vendors, retail, e-commerce, and B2B accounts. This role supports the operational execution of orders, data management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to maintain seamless workflows and process accuracy.
Create and complete purchase orders for vendors in alignment with business requirements.
- Process orders for B2B accounts and create corresponding sales orders in the system.
- Track the delivery of purchase orders (POs) and sales orders (SOs) and provide updates to the Supply Planning and B2B Allocation teams.
- Manage and maintain accurate in-system product information to ensure alignment with operational needs.
- Provide responsive customer service for vendors, retail, e-commerce, and B2B accounts.
- Address inquiries and resolve basic issues related to order status and data accuracy.
- Support the Order Management Manager in day-to-day operations, ensuring adherence to timelines and process accuracy.
- Monitor order workflows and alert the manager of potential issues or delays to ensure proactive resolution.
- Provide product and capsule reporting for key events to highlight risks or opportunities in order management flow

What you’ll need to succeed
- 0-2 years of experience in order management, supply chain, or logistics.
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems and data entry processes is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
- Good communication and customer service skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Basic analytical skills to track orders and identify discrepancies.
