As an associate scientist at Procter & Gamble (P&G), you will be constantly learning, growing and, ultimately, improving how our products perform. In this role, you will drive innovation by developing and manufacturing consumer products. As an Associate Scientist within the Products Research team, you will develop an understanding of fundamental relationship between technical properties and consumer responses. You will contribute to experimental design, conduct detailed analysis, and summarize research and experimentation. In addition to this, you will independently execute all aspects of routine consumer research study placement and documentation.

Job Qualifications

We believe you will be an excellent fit for an Associate Scientist Product research role, if you:

• Have a Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm), Bachelor of Science (BSc) or a PhD degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Science, Engineering, or related fields from a top university with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• possess Strong ownership & self-leadership skills to understand the business objective, local context, and market landscape to deliver the required outcomes
• can effectively communicate in English (oral and written fluency is a must). Fluency in Arabic will be an additional advantage.
• can work independently, prioritize, and perform in a fast-paced environment.
• demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, use of data to connect multiple ideas and develop effective solutions.
• exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with people from different cultures and backgrounds, both internally and externally.
