Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Associated Director - Projects Management to join our dynamic team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this pivotal role, you will lead and oversee multiple high-stakes projects, ensuring their successful execution and alignment with organizational goals.

• Develop and implement project management strategies and methodologies across the organization
• Lead and mentor a team of project managers, fostering their professional growth and enhancing overall team performance
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex, multi-faceted projects
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure optimal utilization and cost-effectiveness
• Conduct regular project reviews and risk assessments to identify potential issues and implement mitigation strategies
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align project objectives with organizational goals and strategies
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal departments
• Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and best practices
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required
• Minimum of 18 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex, large-scale projects
• Strong proficiency in project management software and tools
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Outstanding leadership and team management abilities
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial management
• Solid understanding of risk management principles and techniques
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Experience in the construction, IT, or finance industry preferred
