About The Role

Atlantis, Dubai, is a truly extraordinary, intriguing, and unique entertainment destination resort, and we currently have an opportunity for a passionate Wellness Attendant to join our amazing Wellness team at Atlantis Dubai! At Atlantis Dubai, we strive to create a destination experience that’s not only unforgettable throughout each customer’s stay, but truly memorable for a lifetime.

Are you a motivated worker, passionate about providing warm hospitality? Are you a well-rounded individual looking to develop your overall skills and expertise? As a Wellness Attendant, you will demonstrate flexibility while rotating through varying roles and working environments throughout the spa and wellness facility. You will practice key communication skills in interacting with our guests and colleagues, while ensuring our policies and health & safety procedures are conscientiously adhered to.

About You

As a Wellness Attendant, you will handle guest requests and comfort in the spa, and possess a clear and concise communication style to be able to coordinate between the spa reception, service providers and guests and assist the smooth flow of the spa journey. You will be required to perform detailed cleaning tasks and organization of all areas of the spa as this is crucial to the overall operation of a 5-star spa facility.

As a Wellness attendant, you have the enriching opportunity to view and experience our highly anticipated spa and wellness center from every angle and contribute to its ultimate success. You will attain a wealth of practical skills and knowledge while serving our guests and will interact and make connections with a diverse number of people from various backgrounds. It is essential that you have previous experience working in a similar environment, or housekeeping, public area cleaning or other guest contact position, as is an interest in the spa, fitness and wellness industry. You must be confident and able to understand the sensitivity of the spa environment so as to maintain absolute discretion and privacy of guests at all times. Impeccable personal presentation and grooming are essential in this role, as is the ability to read a social situation and deliver a first-class spa experience. Computer literacy is imperative, and fluency in English is a must.
