As an AURA Host, you are the face and spirit of the ME brand, delivering exceptional and personalized guest experiences through proactive service, cultural insight, and deep brand knowledge. You stay updated on city trends, events, and hotel operations to anticipate guest needs, coordinate VIP experiences, and uphold the highest standards of guest relations. As an AURA Host, you ensure a vibrant atmosphere throughout the property, maintain constant guest engagement, and act as a key liaison between departments. You embody the brand’s mission and values, contribute to a positive team dynamic, and support continuous improvement through feedback, quality audits, and service excellence.
