Automotive Service Advisor

Job Summary

Acts as the main point of contact between customers and the service department, ensuring clear communication, proper job booking, and excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers, understand service requirements, and prepare job cards.
• Provide estimates, explain work needed, and obtain approvals.
• Coordinate with job controllers and technicians for job updates.
• Communicate repair status and delivery timelines to customers.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and follow-up after service.
  
  

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Automotive, Business, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in automotive service reception.
• A valid UAE manual driving license is an added advantage.
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of vehicle systems and DMS software is a plus.
