Role Summary
The Charter Sales Executive will lead private jet charter sales from inquiry through to flight execution. This is a commercially driven role requiring advanced market knowledge, exceptional client relationship skills, and operational precision. The successful candidate will be a dynamic deal-closer, proficient in using aviation software, and comfortable managing high-value transactions with elite clientele.

Role Summary

The successful candidate will be a dynamic deal-closer, proficient in using aviation software, and comfortable managing high-value transactions with elite clientele.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and convert charter inquiries from direct clients, brokers, corporates, and government accounts.
- Source aircraft, generate competitive quotations, and handle end-to-end charter bookings using Avinode.
- Oversee flight scheduling, crew coordination, documentation, and operational compliance using Leon Software.
- Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and service deliverables with clients and operators to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Deliver bespoke charter solutions while upholding the highest standards of safety, privacy, and service.
- Build and maintain a strong network of operators, aircraft managers, and aviation service providers.
- Ensure accurate and timely updates to CRM systems, sales pipelines, and charter records.
- Monitor market trends, aircraft availability, pricing dynamics, and competitor offerings to maximize opportunities.
- Contribute actively to the strategic growth of the charter sales division.
- Experience: Minimum 2–4 years of proven success in private jet charter sales or aviation brokerage.
- Technical Skills: Mandatory hands-on proficiency with Avinode and Leon Software.
- Network: Strong connections with aircraft operators, brokers, and service providers is a distinct advantage.
- Language: Fluency in English is required; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, French, or Mandarin) are a plus.
- Commercial Acumen: Strong negotiation skills, solution-oriented, and capable of closing high-value deals under pressure.
- Traits: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple transactions simultaneously while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Professionalism: Discreet, polished, and culturally aware with experience handling UHNW and VIP clientele.
