The B2B & Product Marketing Director (CEMEA) will report to the Sr. Director of Field & Partner Marketing and is responsible for driving field marketing activations in the CEMEA region.
This role will lead all aspects of Visa Direct Field Marketing across all audiences, priority markets, and the new, expanded product portfolio as a strategic regional partner to the CEMEA Visa Direct product and sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Visa Direct Field Marketing in CEMEA: Oversee all field marketing activities for Visa Direct in the CEMEA region, ensuring alignment with business goals and priorities.
- Engage Senior Leaders: Collaborate with senior Visa Direct product and sales leaders to align marketing programs with business objectives, driving new revenue sales opportunities and increasing transaction volumes.
- Execute Strategic Marketing Plans: Implement strategic marketing execution plans by leveraging global strategies and content to achieve regional Visa Direct business goals, including awareness, demand generation, solution partner programs, and end-user campaigns.
- Co-Marketing Engagements: Drive B2B2B and B2B2C co-marketing engagements with strategic enablers and clients to stimulate demand among merchant clients through joint content creation, promotions, and webinars.
- Event Activation: Manage activation for key regional events, supporting pre-event, during-event, and post-event promotion of Visa Direct to enhance client engagement with sales.
- Localization of Content: Lead the localization of regional marketing and sales content to support CEMEA client engagements and develop CEMEA-specific marketing content to address regional use case needs.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Bachelor’s degree required/MBA preferred
- 10+ years of progressively responsible business experience, with a majority in communications or marketing roles that involved B2B campaign strategy, planning, and execution, including bringing new products to market
- Strong strategic thinker with a results orientation who approaches any challenge with thoughtfulness, drive, and appropriate urgency
- Audience-focused mindset, with a demonstrated track record of discovering key insights
- Strong executive presence with highly effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present with impact

- Solid financial and analytical acumen with a strong ROI orientation
