Job Description:

As a Back-End Developer, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining the server-side logic and database systems that power our products. You’ll work closely with front-end developers, designers, and other team members to ensure that our applications run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate should be passionate about creating scalable, high-performance systems and have a strong understanding of back-end technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain server-side applications using technologies/languages, e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, Ruby on Rails.
• Build and maintain databases, APIs, and integrations with third-party services.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Write efficient, reusable, and reliable code.
• Implement security and data protection measures to ensure application integrity and safety.
• Troubleshoot and optimize performance issues, ensuring the smooth functioning of applications.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry best practices.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Back-End Developer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in one or more back-end programming languages, such as [list languages, e.g., Java, Node.js, Python, PHP, Ruby].
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Familiarity with serverless architectures, cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and containerization tools (e.g., Docker).
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of version control systems, preferably Git.
• Experience with testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with frameworks or tools your team uses, e.g., Express.js, Django, Spring Boot.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
