Backend Officer – POD (People of Determination)

About the Role:

Tafaseel BPO is hiring on behalf of a valued client for the position of Backend Officer – POD (People of Determination). This position requires a highly compassionate and skilled individual with experience in working with people of determination (individuals with disabilities). The successful candidate must be fluent in both Arabic and English to communicate effectively with a diverse group of clients, ensuring inclusive and accessible support and services.

As a Backend Officer in this role, you will assist in the administration and management of services, ensuring accurate and respectful interactions and providing timely support to people of determination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing backend office operations for people of determination, ensuring that all administrative processes are handled with care and accuracy.
• Provide support for individuals with disabilities by processing requests, maintaining records, and ensuring timely follow-up.
• Handle documentation and maintain accurate data related to services provided to people of determination.
• Ensure that all data and records are handled securely and with confidentiality.
• Prepare detailed reports based on data collected and ensure timely submission.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure people of determination receive appropriate support.
• Ensure that services are delivered in an inclusive manner, ensuring accessibility and accommodating diverse needs.
• Monitor and review processes to ensure compliance with relevant regulations, guidelines, and best practices for supporting people of determination.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while interacting with people of determination and their families.
• Assist in the preparation of reports for management and provide recommendations for service improvements.
  
  
  

Candidate Profile:

• Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken) is essential to effectively communicate with a diverse group of individuals.
• Proven experience in dealing with people of determination (individuals with disabilities), including understanding their needs and providing support.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and processes.
• Experience in backend office administration, including documentation, data entry, and report writing.
• Compassionate and patient, with a genuine desire to support and empower people of determination.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office (including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and any relevant CRM or data management systems.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with various teams.
• Ability to handle sensitive information and ensure confidentiality at all times.
• Familiarity with the legal and regulatory frameworks related to people of determination is an advantage.
