We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar/Restaurant Manager to oversee the operations of our establishment in Dubai. The ideal candidate will lead the team, ensure excellent service, and manage day-to-day activities efficiently. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards in customer service, staff management, and operational processes to drive success and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, training, and performance management
- Ensure exceptional customer service and promptly handle guest inquiries or concerns
- Monitor and control inventory, costs, and purchasing to align with budget targets
- Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to maintain smooth operations
- Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction and boost sales
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Prepare financial reports and handle cash management
- Implement company policies and maintain a positive work environment
- Proven experience as a Bar/ Restaurant Manager, preferably in Dubai or the UAE
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to motivate a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage budgets, costs, and operational efficiency
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English
