You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing communication plans that align with our business objectives and drive brand awareness, engagement, and reputation.

- Manage and coordinate multi-channel communication campaigns across various platforms, including digital, social media, PR, and events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets and influencers to secure positive coverage and thought leadership opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze brand sentiment and media coverage, providing insights and recommendations to enhance our communication efforts.
- Develop crisis communication plans and manage responses to potential issues effectively.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, business leaders, marketing, sales, and leadership teams, to ensure consistent messaging and alignment.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing communication campaigns, providing data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
- 8+ years of corporate or agency experience in marketing communications, with a strong focus on strategic planning and execution.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful brand building and visibility campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English and Arabic essential.
- Strong networking and relationship building skills and the ability to sell ideas and work with senior leadership as required.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Experience working in a matrix organization and effectively managing stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
