Purpose of Role:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Bid Manager to join the team. Working in a matrix structure and as a member of the Commercial team, the Bid Centre Manager is responsible for leading and creating Bid and Tender responses. They will provide oversight of Bid Activity, and where required co-ordinate Bid creation and publication.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Bid Manager to join the team. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support the Vice President Sales Excellence in driving performance of a global or complex/integrated sales team.
- Contribute to building the relevant sales excellence program as the platform for year-on-year net revenue growth.
- Lead the process of Bid, Qualification, Due Diligence creation, coordinating responses and ensuring timely submission
- Deliver Bid Process Readiness and create supporting documentation.
- Manage a Win/Loss process to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure effective document retention and storage
- Contribute to Commercial Team calls and communication to build collaboration.
- Contribute to a data driven sales platform to drive a self-service culture.
- Regular reporting as required by the business.
- Regular and comprehensive two-way communications across Commercial, Finance, Operations and other Inchcape business groups, ensuring clear messaging and facilitation across communication channels.
