We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bilingual Legal Secretary to support a Corporate and Banking team.

Key responsibilities

  • Preparation and submission of legal filings and documentation to relevant authorities.
  • Translate documents and communications as needed to facilitate bilingual communication.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive client and case information.
  • Support billing and invoicing processes,- Provide comprehensive administrative support to attorneys in the corporate and banking team.
  • Prepare, format, and proofread a variety of legal documents, including contracts ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Conduct research and compile data relevant to ongoing cases and projects.
  • Maintain and organise electronic and physical knowledge of legal terminology and procedures, particularly in corporate and banking law.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required to support the team.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience, agreements, and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
  • Manage and organise attorney's calendars, scheduling meetings, as a legal secretary or in a similar administrative role within a legal environment.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic both written and spoken, is essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel filing systems for easy retrieval of documents.
  • Facilitate communication between clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders by translating documents and interpreting, Outlook) and legal document management software.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
