Job Description
We are seeking a skilled BIM Modeler – Architectural with experience in building construction projects across the UAE. The candidate will be responsible for developing and managing architectural BIM models to support design coordination, clash detection, and project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Create and maintain detailed 3D BIM models for architectural components using Revit and related software.
Coordinate architectural models with structural and MEP disciplines to ensure clash-free integration.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure accuracy and completeness of BIM deliverables.
Perform clash detection and assist in resolving design conflicts using Navisworks or similar tools.
Support the preparation of BIM execution plans, project documentation, and submission requirements.
Ensure adherence to project standards, UAE building codes, and client specifications.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Architecture or related field.
Minimum 5+ years of experience as an Architectural BIM Modeler in building construction projects in the UAE.
Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other BIM software.
Strong understanding of architectural design, detailing, and construction processes.
Experience in multidisciplinary BIM coordination and clash resolution.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
