With some of our exciting launches such as Burj Azizi (the second tallest tower in the world), Monaco Mansions and Azizi Venice - Dubai’s new luxurious Venetian-inspired waterfront community, we are rapidly expanding our capabilities in our Design 360 Studio, where our team seamlessly integrate Architecture, Structures, MEP, Landscape, Interiors and Supervision to deliver a variety of innovative and value driven real estate assets.
As a MEP BIM Modeler into the MEP Design Engineer, working from our Design Studio at the Al Hudaiba Awards office in Dubai.
Responsibilities includeAdherence to the company standard BIM requirements and protocols.Develop 3D models using BIM software (e.g., Autodesk Revit, Navisworks).Ensure models are accurate, clash-free, and meet project-specific LOD requirements.Update and maintain models throughout the project lifecycle.Adhere to established BIM standards, protocols, and workflows.Apply naming conventions and file structures as per company and project requirements.Ensure data integrity and consistency across models.Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other team members to ensure seamless integration of designs.Identify and resolve clashes using coordination tools like Navisworks or BIM 360.Facilitate model reviews and contribute to coordination meetings.Extract accurate 2D drawings, schedules, and other documentation from models.Generate material take-offs and assist with project estimations.Produce and update as-built models for project closeout.
Here's what you'll needBachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relatedShould have strong experience as MEP BIM ModelerStrong communication and teamwork skills.Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.Knowledge of BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650, PAS 1192) and LOD specifications.Experience in clash detection and resolution.Proficiency in BIM software, particularly Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
