Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly driven BMS Sales Manager to play a pivotal role in EcoEdgeAI’s growth journey. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional who thrives in a dynamic, tech-forward environment and is passionate about sustainability. As the sole manager for this position, you will be directly responsible for driving the sales of EcoEdgeAI’s AI-powered energy management solutions and ALC’s building management systems (BMS) across the UAE.
You will be the face of EcoEdgeAI’s market presence in the region, responsible for building and nurturing relationships with key clients, consultants, contractors, and facility managers.
Your role will be key in expanding our reach and achieving sales targets while introducing innovative, energy-efficient solutions to a rapidly growing market. This is a hands-on role that offers autonomy and the chance to make a tangible impact on both business growth and the sustainability landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue goals for ALC’s BMS and EcoEdgeAI’s energy management solutions in the UAE.
- Drive business development efforts to establish partnerships, expand market share, and capitalize on opportunities for cross-selling ALC and EcoEdgeAI technologies.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including consultants, contractors, and facility managers to foster long-term business success.
- Lead client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals effectively and align with client requirements, ensuring alignment with ALC’s product standards.
- Oversee proposal and tender preparation, ensuring alignment with ALC’s graphic, engineering, and installation standards.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and drive market growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless solution delivery and client satisfaction, adhering to both EcoEdgeAI and ALC service and warranty standards.
- Develop an annual business plan, outlining performance objectives and market strategies to meet company expectations.
- Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines, software distribution policies, export compliance, and other regulatory standards.
- Be a key player in training and development, supporting future team growth and ensuring alignment with ALC’s training requirements.
- Take accountability for project execution and service delivery, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations and high client satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics) or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sales leadership within the BMS or building automation sector.
- In-depth knowledge of building management systems, HVAC integration, and energy efficiency solutions.
- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- A results-driven mindset with a passion for sustainability and innovation.
