Your role

You’ll advise customers on everything from wheels to tires to air conditioning systems. Each time, you’ll look to ensure that the experience you offer is everything the customer would expect and more. We want you to be proud of the parts – and the service you provide.

  • Completes orders from stock and notifies the Parts Manager of out-of-stock parts or shop materials that need immediate attention.
  • Communicates with and assists customers, service advisors, and technicians with fulfilling parts orders in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
  • Provides and ensures exceptional customer service in the Parts Department.

Job requirements

Your profile

Your up-to-date knowledge of the automotive retail market will be backed by experience of working as a Parts Consultant for a major retailer. And your passion for helping customers drives you to communicate your detailed knowledge of our parts and accessories, creating memorable customer experiences. Background in auto repairs is helpful and usually needed, as you must have strong technical knowledge of vehicles and parts to help consumers and business buyers. Customer service skills and excellent communication are also needed given that the role involves listening to customer needs and making parts recommendations.

Must Have: Diploma/Bachelors Degree in Automotive/Mechanical Engineering
