The Brand, Media & Insights Manager will play a pivotal role in driving brand strategy, executing marketing campaigns, analyzing consumer insights, and managing media planning to ensure the successful growth of our brands.   • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience in brand management, media planning, and consumer insights.
  • Expertise in conducting and analyzing market research, including brand health tracking and focus groups.

Vacancy Description

Brand Strategy and Performance Management

  • Develop and implement brand plans to achieve business objectives and market growth.
  • Define and manage brand positioning, ensuring alignment with market opportunities and consumer needs.
  • Oversee A&P budget allocation to optimize brand investments and ensure a positive ROI.
  • Monitor and analyze brand health indicators, including penetration, awareness, and equity metrics.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and regions.


Consumer Insights

  • Independently drive consumer research initiatives, including focus groups, surveys, and penetration studies.
  • Analyze brand health indicators to identify opportunities and gaps.
  • Translate consumer insights into actionable strategies to enhance brand performance.
  • Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.


Media Planning and Execution

  • Develop and oversee media strategies, ensuring optimal channel mix to achieve brand goals.
  • Collaborate with media agencies to plan and execute campaigns, including digital, traditional, and emerging platforms.
  • Monitor media performance and adjust strategies based on real-time data and insights.
  • Ensure that all media activities align with overall brand objectives and resonate with target audiences.


Product Development

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D and factory operations, to drive recipe enhancements and new product development.
  • Lead the commercialization process for new products, ensuring timely launches and market readiness.
  • Utilize consumer feedback to refine products and address quality issues.
  • Support innovation initiatives to maintain competitiveness and relevance in the market.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience in brand management, media planning, and consumer insights.
  • Expertise in conducting and analyzing market research, including brand health tracking and focus groups.
  • Strong understanding of A&P budget management and its impact on brand performance.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic, less structured environment.
  • Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in leveraging data to inform strategic decisions and drive results
