Noorka Logistics is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our growing team in Dubai. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about supporting HR functions and helping build a positive workplace culture in a dynamic logistics environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including employee records, attendance, and HR documentation
Coordinate recruitment processes—post job ads, schedule interviews, and follow up with candidates
Support onboarding and offboarding processes for new and exiting employees
Maintain and update HR databases and files with accuracy and confidentiality
Help organize staff training, performance appraisals, and internal communication initiatives
Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries and provide timely information
Prepare HR-related reports and assist in payroll and benefits coordination
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
1–2 years of experience in an HR support role, preferably in the logistics or transportation sector
Familiarity with UAE labor laws and HR practices
Proficient in MS Office and HR software
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
