What You’ll Do

  • This position will be partnering closely with our Dubai studio, but will be based in our campus in Riyadh as we continue to grow our offering in the KSA.
  • Lead multiple client projects, primarily in the Middle East and Africa, leveraging various research methodologies (quantitative and qualitative), statistical tools (Conjoint, Regression, Cluster analysis, Financial Modelling), and strategic frameworks.
  • Manage all phases of market research studies, from translating client challenges into research design to developing questionnaires, briefing teams, supervising fieldwork, performing quality checks, analyzing data, and creating actionable insights and reports.
  • Develop market/sector and financial forecast models.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and recommendations on a variety of branding topics, sharing insights through succinct syntheses and compelling stories.
  • Ensure overall deliverable quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction.
  • Strategically manage client relationships and projects, including stakeholder management, execution, analysis, vendor management, and team management.
  • Lead and mentor junior members of the Brand Performance team across the region.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (brand strategists, organizational culture experts, creative designers) to deliver data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Support the development and growth of the Brand Performance offer across topics, markets, and sectors in the Middle East and Africa.
  • Drive commercial growth for Brand Performance across the Middle East and Africa region.

What You’ll Need

  • Extensive experience across a range of research methodologies (Quantitative & Qualitative) and analytical tools (Conjoint, Regression, Cluster, Brand Valuation).
  • Expertise and demonstrable experience working in the KSA.
  • Current or previous experience working at a CMI or CMK Director level for at a leading market research agency, client-side (corporate or consumer brands), or a business consulting organization.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Native Arabic language proficiency.
  • Excellent presentation and storytelling skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • A collaborative and team-oriented approach.
  • A driven and highly motivated work ethic.
  • A willingness to step outside of your comfort zone.
  • A strong balance of thought and action, with a passion for understanding client businesses and arriving at strategic, research-backed solutions.
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills, with an expert-level understanding of brand and marketing.
  • Proven experience leading large, complex research and strategic insights projects.
  • Inherent curiosity and innovative thinking, with the ability to see the big picture and explore possibilities with clients.
  • Results-focused, data-driven approach grounded in firm strategy.
