Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and travel to client locations in foreign countries (MENA and Africa) to gather market information and assess customer needs.
• Inspect vehicle conditions and document customer feedback.
• Provide technical solutions for customer or dealer requests and resolve sales/aftersales issues.
• Prepare reports for internal and external Engineering departments in English.
• Develop realistic plans for model lineups or special product introductions.
• Must have experience with cars or trucks, or a strong interest in trucks.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); and Advanced Excel (Macro programming) is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with online meeting tools such as MS Teams.
• Willingness to take on and learn new tasks with enthusiasm.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken (Arabic and French are an added advantage).
• Logical mindset (understanding of FMEA and FTA).
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Manual transmission car driving license and truck driving license required.
• Willingness to travel.
