Job Roles And Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives.
- Conduct detailed requirement analysis, defining project scope, and outlining deliverables.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including user stories, use cases, and process flows.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Participate in solution design and review, ensuring it meets business requirements and industry best practices.
- Conduct data analysis to extract insights and inform decision-making processes.
- Assist in the testing and validation of new systems, features, or enhancements.
- Continuously monitor project progress, identifying risks, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide post-implementation support and collaborate on the refinement of solutions based on feedback.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex business needs.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in requirement gathering, documentation, and process modeling.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Data analysis skills with the ability to derive insights from datasets.
- Attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and relevant business analysis tools.
- Master’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in an educational or related industry.
