Your role
We are looking for an Offset & Reporting Analyst to join our Strategy team. This role supports the Head of Strategy in driving internal coordination, reporting, and documentation excellence, especially within the context of offset programs and internal business planning. It is well-suited for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive mindset. In this position, you will work in the strategy function as part of the Business Development & Offset team in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
Experience: 2–4 years in reporting, coordination, or internal operations roles —within strategy, PMO, or program support environments in Defence and Aerospace
This position requires that you will be approved in a security vetting in accordance to ISO:27001+

Your role
We are looking for an Offset & Reporting Analyst to join our Strategy team. This role supports the Head of Strategy in driving internal coordination, reporting, and documentation excellence, especially within the context of offset programs and internal business planning. It is well-suited for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive mindset. In this position, you will work in the strategy function as part of the Business Development & Offset team in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dashboard & Data Management: Maintain and update dashboards that track offset program milestones, KPIs, and internal deliverables.
- Document & Presentation Support: Format, standardize, and finalize business plans, slide decks, and program documentation for senior internal and external audiences. Ensure all outputs meet branding and compliance requirements.
- Project Submission Coordination: Consolidate inputs from multiple stakeholders, prepare exhibits and supporting material (e.g., Basis of Estimates), and ensure timely submission of deliverables to corporate and government counterparts.
- Reporting & Briefing Preparation: Prepare materials for cross-functional briefings, decision gates, and steering committee meetings. Develop concise reports and summaries for executive-level discussions.
- Records & Knowledge Management: Maintain a structured and searchable repository of agreements, submissions, logs, and supporting documents. Ensure version control and readiness for internal/external audits.
- Research & Analytical Support: Conduct focused research on local competitive capabilities, regulatory developments, and market factors relevant to internal priorities.
- Data-Driven Business Intelligence: Utilize business intelligence tools and techniques to gather, process, and analyze data from various sources. Translate insights into actionable recommendations that drive informed business decisions and enhance project outcomes.
- Business Development Support: Collaborate with business development teams to identify opportunities for growth and expansion within the Offsets programs. Leverage your analytical skills to assess potential business prospects and provide valuable input.
Experience: 2–4 years in reporting, coordination, or internal operations roles —within strategy, PMO, or program support environments in Defence and Aerospace
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, International Relations, or a related field. Minimum GPA 3.5
- Strong English speaking and writing skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and statistical software (Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and pride in producing polished, structured outputs.
- Highly organized and methodical; able to manage multiple moving parts reliably.
- Proactive and dependable — able to work independently with minimal follow-up.
- Clear communicator, especially in written materials and slide presentations
