Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 - 2 years experience in business development, preferably in the outsourcing industry.
- Strong understanding of outsourcing services such as IT, BPO, customer support, or HR solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- As a business development executive, you will oversee strategic and operational business development, including identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, negotiating deals, and building client relationships.
