The Business Development Manager, HPM Growth would:
Serve as a strategic liaison between commercial and business functions, driving business impact, financial and market share growth, and developing innovative business models in line with business and regional strategic priorities.
Propose, define, and execute region-wide strategic priorities, lead capability and market assessments, and manage the introduction of new products and solutions.
Analyze market trends and customer needs, translating them into business opportunities through segmentation, competitive analysis, and collaboration with zones.
Lead and support commercial growth initiatives, including pipeline development, strategic programs, and commercial offerings tailored to market needs.
Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, early adopters, and stakeholders; represent Philips at industry events and develop a strong local network.
Act as the voice of the region/zones, prepare and maintain performance metrics, drive accountability, and foster best practice sharing across zones and functions.
Define KPIs and performance metrics, report on progress and risks, and leverage continuous improvement methodologies to drive problem solving and track performance

Self-motivated, driven, and curious, with a go-getter mindset and adaptability to change.
Experienced in supporting business development efforts with actionable, data-driven insights
