Business Development Manager - Joinery

Develop and execute sales strategies for custom joinery, kitchens, wardrobes, doors, and loose furniture projects.

Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, designers, consultants, and developers.

Prepare quotations, project proposals, and presentations in coordination with the design and estimation teams.

Follow up on leads, site visits, and client meetings to ensure successful project conversion.

Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities in residential and hospitality sectors.

Coordinate closely with the Design, Production, and Project Management teams to ensure smooth handovers and client satisfaction.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining profitability and client trust.

Minimum 5 years experience in joinery, interiors, and/or loose furniture sales within the UAE.

Strong technical understanding of joinery products, finishes, and production processes.

Proven ability to manage design presentations, quotations, and contract negotiations.

Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).

Self-driven, well-organized, and capable of handling multiple client accounts simultaneously.

UAE driving license required.
