We are expanding our team and looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) who will play a critical role in our growth journey by driving outbound pipeline generation and identifying high-potential opportunities across our target markets.

We are expanding our team and looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) who will play a critical role in our growth journey by driving outbound pipeline generation and identifying high-potential opportunities across our target markets.
What Will Our Business Development Representative Be Doing?
- Execute targeted outreach campaigns (cold calling, emails, LinkedIn) to engage potential clients across priority markets.
- Research and identify key decision-makers (C-level, senior executives) and relevant stakeholders within target accounts.
- Engage prospects to understand their needs, challenges, and product fit, and qualify leads using frameworks such as BANT or MEDDIC.
- Schedule high-quality discovery meetings, demos, and intro calls for Account Executives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date prospect information, interactions, and activity logs in our CRM (preferably Hubspot).
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to refine messaging, improve targeting, and share market intelligence from prospect conversations.
- 1–3 years of experience in BDR/SDR, lead generation, or inside sales roles; experience in the Dubai/GCC region is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English required, and proficiency in Arabic or other regional languages is an advantage.
- Prior experience using CRM systems (ideally Hubspot), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and sales automation tools.
- Highly motivated, resilient, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- A dynamic, international work environment in Dubai, operating at the intersection of finance and cutting-edge technology.
