Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Dubai for an Experienced Real Estate Agent. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for working with clients to sell, purchase, and rent properties. Daily responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, conducting market research, viewing properties, negotiating deals, and maintaining client relationships. While the role is primarily office-based, remote work opportunities are available for specific tasks and responsibilities.

Qualifications

• A valid Real Estate License and solid understanding of real estate laws and regulations
• Proven experience in Real Estate and Sales, including negotiation and transaction management
• Strong skills in Customer Service and building long-term client relationships
• Familiarity with the Dubai real estate market and knowledge of Real Property concepts
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in technology and real estate tools; multi-language skills are a plus
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment
