Job Title: Business Research Analyst – iGaming
Location: Dubai (On-site) | Department: Strategy / Business Intelligence
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Research Analyst to join our team in the fast-paced iGaming industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting in-depth market and competitor research, analyzing data, and generating actionable insights to support strategic business decisions. This role is critical in shaping the direction of our product development, marketing strategies, and overall growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research
Conduct primary and secondary research (surveys, interviews, market reports) to identify consumer preferences and industry trends.
Evaluate the size, structure, and dynamics of target markets within the iGaming sector.
Competitive Analysis
Analyze competitor offerings, pricing models, marketing strategies, and business performance.
Identify key differentiators and potential opportunities or threats.
Data Analysis
Interpret qualitative and quantitative data to uncover trends, patterns, and insights.
Use statistical tools and models to analyze large datasets related to customer behavior and market performance.
Strategic Recommendations
Translate research findings into strategic insights and recommendations for marketing, product development, and business growth.
Support senior management with data-driven decision-making.
Report Generation
Prepare comprehensive and concise reports, presentations, and dashboards.
Communicate findings clearly to stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams.
Industry Monitoring
Stay up to date on global iGaming trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory developments.
Track developments that may impact business strategy or operations.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Work cross-functionally with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Compliance, etc.) to integrate research into planning and execution.
Present insights to leadership and contribute to business planning initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Economics, Statistics, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in market research, business analysis, or a related field (iGaming or digital entertainment industry preferred).
- Solid understanding of the iGaming industry (online casinos, sports betting, virtual gaming, etc.).
- Proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel, SPSS, R, or Python.
- Experience with survey platforms, market research databases, and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling and reporting.
