Business Setup Advisor (Russian speaking)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Business Setup Advisor fluent in Russian to join our dynamic team. This role involves guiding and supporting clients through the process of establishing their businesses effectively in various jurisdictions. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of business regulations, and an ability to communicate clearly and efficiently in both Russian and English. As a Business Setup Advisor, you will play a critical role in planning, setting up, and ensuring that the business operations comply with local laws and regulations. Your expertise will assist clients in navigating the legal, administrative, and procedural complexities involved in starting a business. If you are a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a passion for helping businesses succeed, we would love to have you on board.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on the legal and administrative requirements for setting up a business.
• Conduct detailed assessments to understand client's business setup needs and objectives.
• Assist clients in preparing and submitting necessary documentation to authorities.
• Facilitate communication between clients and governmental agencies as needed.
• Ensure clients comply with all local laws and regulations throughout the setup process.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and updates on client setup progress regularly.
• Provide continuous support and advice to clients post-business setup.
• Coordinate with internal teams to provide holistic service encompassing accounting and legal services.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Stay current with industry trends and changes in regulations that may affect clients.
• Initiate and manage client meetings to discuss business setup strategies and resolutions.
• Develop business setup guides and resources to assist clients and internal teams.
  
  

Requirements

• Fluency in both Russian and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
• Proven experience in business consulting, business development, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of legal and regulatory business requirements in diverse jurisdictions.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• A proactive approach to client service, with a focus on delivering comprehensive solutions.
• Ability to work independently, managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in using office software and tools such as MS Office and CRM systems.
