CAD Technician

Job Summary

The CAD Technician will support the Internal Design Team and Sales Team in executing project requirements and to meet Customer requests for Villas Setting Out and Customizations. The CAD Technician is responsible for developing and coordinating effective and code compliant solutions working with our internal Project Managers and other relevant personnel.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Supporting the Design Team to deliver design requirements for the masterplan, landscape and villas scope, as required.
• Responding to requests from the Sales Team relating to Villa Setting Out requests and Customizations.
• Preparation of layouts, sections, elevations and construction detail drawings, as required. Drawings may be developed from sketches, when needed.
• Apply standard drafting/ design principles and theories to complete assignments. Make required changes, additions, and/or revisions, as directed by team.
• Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate. Ensure proper back-up and archiving.
• Ensure standard presentation.
• Proficiency in Auto-Cad, Sketchup, and Revit required. Proficiency also required in Microsoft Office, including Power-point, Excel and Microsoft Word.
