Overview:

Venley Capital is seeking motivated and experienced partners to join our team and offer a compelling fixed income product to their existing network of clients. This is a commission-only role, ideal for individuals who have a proven track record of raising capital and selling financial products. If you have a strong client base and the drive to succeed, we would like to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Introduce Venley Capital's fixed income product to your client base and new prospects.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing expert guidance on fixed income investment opportunities.

• Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.

• Work independently to source new clients and expand your network.

• Stay informed about market trends and industry news to provide relevant advice to clients.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in capital raising or financial product sales, with a focus on fixed income or private credit products.

• A strong network of existing clients or access to investors.

• Comfortable with a commission-only compensation structure.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships.

• Familiarity with fixed income products and investment strategies.

• Ability to balance current job responsibilities (if applicable) with introducing clients outside of your current workspace.
