Cashier

Fika Consultancy is looking for a reliable and customer-focused Cashier to join our team in Dubai. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented professional who can handle financial transactions efficiently while providing excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process customer payments accurately and efficiently.
• Handle cash, credit card, and electronic transactions securely.
• Maintain records of daily transactions and generate reports.
• Reconcile cash drawers and ensure all transactions are accounted for.
• Assist with invoicing, billing, and payment follow-ups.
• Provide excellent customer service and address payment-related inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures.
• Collaborate with the finance team for audit and reporting purposes.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma in Finance or Accounting is a plus.
• 1-2 years of experience in a cashier or accounts-related role.
• Strong numerical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in POS systems and accounting software.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
