What Will Your Main Responsibilities Be

  • Land Category / Customer Growth drivers through execution excellence and become an SME of BGs and Core Operations in the UAE to effectively communicate, plan and land category objectives as well operational excellence
  • Manage E2E bottom Up planning and partner CD team during in Month to ensure all risks are mitigated, all opportunities are captured from account level; As well provide insights on category / channel to drive profitable and sustainable business growth and Market Share
  • Own Category Cluster bottom Up / Sprint (Volume build up by FU by Building Block- Bias & Accuracy) and Cluster/Category TTS
  • Develop Cluster/ Category Strategy & Assortment / Innovations Plan, List and Distribution
  • Highlight and mange risks as well as facilitate opportunities in M0 between CSP & CD
  • Bring insights into actions to deliver growth and market share
  • Land efficient business operations with Sub Distributor, in market execution & Budget management

Work closely with General trade channel team to develop :

  • Develop channel wise assortment for GT
  • Rejuvenate GT trade schemes & drives mechanism by channel
  • Set up the foundation for GT channel E2E planning and forecasting process including TPM upload a long with quarter engagement / roadshow with the distributor teams
  • WS channel strategy through the right customer classification along with WS customers tiering and enable relevant loyalty scheme implementation such us “unicoin”
  • Design for channel portfolio for Value for money channel
  • Create monthly trade brief & monthly execution priorities for the distributor teams
  • Initiate and lead the claims management process for GT channel
  • Spearhead monthly business review forums

What You Need To Succeed

Experiences & Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal/written communications, organizational, and interpersonal skills is required
  • Analytical skills and data-driven decision making is required
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel, is required
  • Track record of successfully achieving commercial targets is required
  • Understanding of key data analytics eg. Power BI, platforms is preferred
  • Previous FMCG experience preferred
  • Previous client-facing experience preferred
