Overview
Job Description
Ensure the unpacking and registration of ITCG products deposited or sent by our customers for repair or exchange, whether they are Under or Out of Warranty.
Carry out parcel shipments and guarantee the quality of product packaging
Ensures the storage of spare parts and distribution to Technicians
Records all administrative and logistics transactions electronically
Installs entry-level office products requiring pre-inspection before exchange or repair (Installation and uninstallation)
Scanning customer files after closing
Assistance with the administrative and physical processing of WEEE

Job Requirements
- You have a specialized Degree in Logistics or equivalent
- You have a successful first experience
- You are organized, rigorous, and have excellent interpersonal skills. Fluency in English is a plus.
- You are proficient in IT tools (Excel / Mailbox / various software)
