What You’ll Be Doing

We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive trainee to support the Managed Companies Change Management team. This traineeship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in change management initiatives across various projects impacting both frontline and back-office teams.

• Presentation & Visual Design: Develop engaging presentation decks using PowerPoint and Canva to effectively communicate project updates and training materials. Design compelling visuals and infographics to support change initiatives and enhance team engagement.
• Communication & Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with the Change Management Lead to create communication plans and tailored content for key stakeholders.
• Workshops & Training Support: Assist in planning and coordinating workshops, training sessions, and meetings.
• Project Documentation & Organization: Maintain and organize project documentation to ensure seamless accessibility and accuracy.

• Strong proficiency in visual design tools (PowerPoint, Canva) with an eye for detail and creativity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive and eager to learn, with a growth mindset.
