This role is responsible for leading the cooks and casuals team members in the preparation and execution of Banquet Events and concessions operations. It includes:
- Controlling and maintaining the food production and ensure adherence to recipes and dish guidelines.
- Identifying training needs, suggesting operational improvements, and assisting in cleanings before, during, and after food preparation periods.
- Maintaining food quality and presentation.
- Leading and supporting a multi-cultural team, and casuals and enforce specific job responsibilities.
- Ensuring that food preparations and storage are in line with all public health policies and company regulations and maintain “clean as you go” work habits.
This role is on a Freelancer Agreement, and requires the candidate to have their own visa/sponsorship.

You should have:
- Qualifications: High School Diploma or Degree from a culinary school.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 year’s experience in a leadership role in a culinary atmosphere.

- Impeccable hygiene standards
- Excellent knowledge of public health policies.
- Intermediate knife skills and cooking skills
- Ability to create and support a team environment
- Conduct work efficiently to meet high demand
- Ability to work in a high stress environment
- Ability to work in confined spaces for long periods of time
- Ability to work in an environment having both hot and cold temperature extremes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Up to date with culinary trends globally and experience In the region traditional cuisines

- Comfort with physical requirements of walking, lifting, and standing.

Coca-Cola Arena in Dubai is the first and largest fully air-conditioned, multipurpose indoor Arena in the Middle East and the only Arena to operate year-round in the region.
