Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Claims Operations Supervisor - Pet Insurance located in Dubai. The Claims Operations Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the claims department, managing and supervising team members, ensuring efficient and accurate claim processing, and resolving any escalated issues. The role also involves monitoring and analyzing claim data, implementing process improvements, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. The supervisor will work closely with other departments to coordinate and optimize claims operations and provide excellent customer service.
The candidate should have;
- veterinary clinic experience either in the UAE or abroad
- strong customer service–oriented,
- possess excellent English communication skills
- ability to understand insurance contracts and negotiate effectively with insurers on claims management.
Key Responsibilities & Objectives
· Educate pet owners on health maintenance, nutrition, and preventive care.
· Collaborate with veterinarians and internal teams to ensure high standards of care and smooth claims settlement.
· Monitor and manage the claims process with accuracy and efficiency.
· Verify veterinary bills and ensure proper documentation for processing.
· Review and validate claim forms submitted by pet parents.
· Ensure prompt claims processing and timely compensation for pet parents.
· Promote knowledge sharing to foster a unified departmental vision.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance providers.
· Develop productive collaborations with sales agents.
· Support and follow up on released quotes (new inquiries and renewals) to ensure effective and efficient closing.
· Train the sales team on pet insurance products; coordinate with insurers to deliver product training as needed.
· Provide field support by assisting the sales team in client meetings and presenting Interactive’s quotes and advantages.
· Create a welcoming environment and deliver high-quality service to clients and the sales team.
· Review sales team inquiries to confirm authenticity.
- · Provide constructive feedback on sales team performance and identify areas for improvement.
