With a strong focus on retention, you will ensure data-driven programs are effectively implemented and shared with key stakeholders through actionable insights and reporting. - Translate client insights into actionable strategies to drive recruitment, retention, and loyalty across the UAE market
- Ensure accurate database segmentation and optimize client selection for targeted activations
- Champion full adoption and optimization of CRM tools and dashboards to enhance business intelligence
- Collaborate cross-functionally and lead your team with clarity, prioritization, and continuous development
