We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Client Relationship Manager to join our Dubai office. Being guided by our broader corporate strategy and values, you will play a key role in generating leads, developing client relationships, and expanding our network of partners in the region.
In this role, you will:
- Help us to generate leads and to identify new business opportunities;
- Respond to investors and handle various inquiries regarding LGT Capital Partners investments solutions;
- Manage clients and relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction;
- Support the preparation of reports to senior management;
- Maintain accurate client records in the customer relationship management (CRM) system;
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure client needs are met;
- Represent the company at conferences and client events.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or a related field; further education in finance like CFA, CIIA, CAIA or similar is a plus;
- 5-7 years of experience in Asset Management, either in a sales/client relationship management role or investment role with a strong motivation to grow into sales relationship management;
- Good understanding of alternative investments, traditional asset classes and their role in the portfolio;
- Knowledge of the market in the Middle East and existing relationships with clients would be a plus;
- High level of service orientation with strong communication skills;
- Excellent presentation and networking skills;
- Highly self-motivated and enthusiastic professional with flexibility and capacity to work in an entrepreneurial environment;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Fluency in Arabic and English is required;
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
