Commercial Intern - Arabian Business (Unpaid)

ITP Media Group (ITP) is one of the largest media companies in the Middle East, with a portfolio of more than 80 brands. The company delivers quality up to date content to its readers, viewers, delegates and guests through digital, print, events, awards, video content, social media platforms and social media influencers. These brands include major international and regional names such as Time Out, Arabian Business, Harper’s Bazaar, Esquire and Construction Week.

Arabian Business is the ultimate go to publication for the regional economy. It is looking for a Commercial Intern to join its team.

The intern will be responsible for:

• Developing content, tools and cooperation proposals for industry and seasonal events
  
• Defining criteria for event sponsorship, sourcing sponsor opportunities and proposing sponsor partners accordingly
  
• Creating presentations around activity concepts and content to serve for acquisition, discussion and inspiration of global brand partnerships
  
• Establishing, implementing and supporting brand events calendars, working and follow-up files for the teams
  
• Assisting the teams pre, during and post events (guest management, logistics, operations, communication, information and material management)\
  
• Attending work events on behalf of the brand – includes evenings to generate leads
  
• Create minutes of meetings
  
• Providing outstanding communication and service through all related client-to-business communication channels (incl. phone, email, live-chat, social media) to meet the clients and consumer needs in today’s multi-connected world
  
• Creating comprehensive client overview for categories Fashion / Auto / Hospitality / Beauty / Travel / F&B / Health & Fitness
  
• It’s a versatile role that requires all support functionality for the Arabian Business commercial division.

• Immediate, full-time availability for a 6-month contract period
