Position: Full-Time Emirates Living Area Specialist Property Consultant

Location: Dubai Head Office

Role Overview:

Chestertons is actively seeking a motivated and experienced Emirates Living Area Specialist Property Consultant to join our team. You will focus on serving clients within the Emirates Living area, utilizing in-house training to enhance your expertise in the local market and drive success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Specialize in the Emirates Living area, assisting clients with property transactions, leasing, and sales.


• Source and promote properties through networking, private meetings, and local events.


• Handle incoming leads in line with Chestertons' guidelines, ensuring professionalism and timely responses.


• Regularly update lead activities and maintain records in our CRM system.


• Support marketing efforts across top UAE property portals and social media channels.


• Foster relationships with potential partners and referral sources to generate revenue.


• Contribute to Chestertons’ advertising and PR strategies to expand market visibility.


• Collaborate with the team to enhance Chestertons' reputation in the real estate sector.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate.


• Must possess a UAE driver’s license and have your own car.


• Strong negotiation and sales skills.


• Proficiency in written and spoken English (multilingual skills are a bonus).


• Self-motivated and driven, with a passion for real estate and client success.


• Understanding of the sales process and buyer motivations.


• Proactive and eager to provide exceptional client service.


• Familiar with Microsoft Office.


• Team-oriented and adaptable.

This is a commission-only role.
