We’re looking for a seasoned Construction Manager who thrives on structure, leadership, and precision. If you’ve spent your career delivering large-scale EPC projects across the region — and are ready for a high-impact role shaping world-class residential, hospitality, and commercial assets — this could be the opportunity you’ve been building toward.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead on-site execution of major real estate construction projects — ensuring safe, high-quality, and on-time delivery from enabling works through to final handover.
• Manage and coordinate all construction activities across contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal stakeholders to keep projects moving forward smoothly.
• Monitor timelines, budgets, resource plans, and contract deliverables — with a strong eye on safety compliance, quality control, and commercial outcomes.
• Troubleshoot issues, mitigate risks, and resolve challenges quickly while maintaining momentum on site and confidence with senior stakeholders.
• Guide multidisciplinary teams through high-pressure, high-visibility projects, drawing on your leadership to set the tone and standard.
  
  

What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 15+ years of construction management experience , with at least 7+ years in senior leadership roles delivering large-scale EPC projects in the Middle East.
• Proven expertise in urban development , including high-rise towers, luxury residential, commercial complexes, and hospitality properties.
• Fluency in contract administration (FIDIC preferred), stakeholder management, and site operations within fast-track delivery environments.
• Strong knowledge of project controls, HSE systems, local construction laws, and software tools like Primavera, Aconex, and BIM.
